Sopapilla Cheesecake
3 (8oz.) boxes of cream cheese
1 ½ cups sugar
1 T vanilla
2 cans crescent rolls
1 stick butter
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese and 1 ½ cups
sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. Press one can of crescent rolls into the
bottom of 9x13 dish, making sure to seal seams. Top with cream cheese
mixture. Press second can of crescent rolls on top. Melt butter and pour
over crescent rolls. Mix ½ cup of sugar and cinnamon and pour mixture over
melted butter. Bake for thirty minutes.
