Party Peas

  • 2 8 oz, cans shoepeg corn

  • 2 cans small sweet peas (English)

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

  • 3/4 cup white vinegar

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil

Heat vinegar, sugar, and oil on stovetop to dissolve sugar. Drain peas and corn, mix well with bell pepper and celery. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetable mixture, Add salt and pepper, toss and refrigerqate.
