Pineapple-Cream Cheese Ball

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

  • 14 cup chopped red bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion

  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, bell pepper, onion, seasoned salt and pecans in a bowl; mix well. Shape into a ball. Chill until firm. Serve with assorted crackers or chips. Can shape into several balls or freeze for future use. Yield 24 servings.
