Macaroni and Cheese

  • 7- oz. pkg. (2 cups) uncooked macaroni noodles

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 3 tablespoons flour

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • Dash pepper

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 cups shredded cheese

 

In medium saucepan, cook macaroni as directed on package, drain.

In same saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Heat until bubbly. Add milk; heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese and macaroni. Heat thorough. 5-6 servings.
