Brown Rice

  • 1 cup long grain rice

  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter- equivalent to1/2 stick

  • 1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup

  • 1 can Campbell's Beef Consumme


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt margarine (or butter) in the casserole dish that you plan on serving out of and add rice.  Mix together thoroughly.  Add soups (do not add any extra water or liquid).  Bake uncovered for one hour.
