Breakfast Casserole –Dan Norman
Lightly butter a 9x12 casserole. Remove crust from bread and cut slices in half. Butter one side of bread pieces. Place buttered side down - covering bottom of casserole. Sprinkle browned sausage over bread, then sprinkle cheese evenly over sausage. Combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper - beat to mix well. Pour over top of sausage/cheese mix - covering well. Place uncovered in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes until lightly browned on top.
Brunch with orange juice.
