Blueberry Crunch – David Hall 

 

  • # 2 Can Crushed Pineapple
  • 3 Cups Blueberries (fresh, canned or frozen)
  • ¾ Cup Sugar Sprinkled Over Berries
  • 1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Stick Margarine Melted
  • ¼ Cup Sugar Sprinkled Over Mix
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans    

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Butter 9x13 baking dish and add ingredients in the order listed.  Do not stir.  Bake for 45 minutes.  Approximately 20 servings.
